Terms of Service RFS Backend – Radio For Skeletons

Scope

These terms apply to the RFS Backend (erp.radioforskeletons.de), the internal administration tool of Radio for Skeletons GbR. It is not a public service: only band members and partners commissioned by the band have access, each with a personal login.

YouTube

The RFS Backend uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos to the band’s YouTube channel, to maintain titles, descriptions and thumbnails, and to display channel statistics. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy applies as well; how we handle the data ourselves is described in our privacy policy.

User obligations

Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. Only content to which the band holds the necessary rights may be uploaded. Publications are approved only by authorised persons.

Availability and liability

The backend is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. The GbR is liable only for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
