Terms of sale
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders in the online shop of Radio for Skeletons GbR, Salamanderplatz 3, 70806 Kornwestheim, Germany (“we”) via radioforskeletons.com and radioforskeletons.de. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you make a binding offer; before that, you can check your details on the order summary and correct them via “Change”. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail – for bank transfer with the e-mail containing our bank details, for PayPal with the e-mail after payment. For bank transfer the contract is conditional on your payment reaching us within 21 days of the order; otherwise the order lapses. The contract language is English on radioforskeletons.com (German on radioforskeletons.de). We store the contract text and send it to you with the confirmation e-mail.
3. Prices and shipping
All prices are final prices in euros. We are a small business under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act) and do not charge VAT. Shipping costs per destination country are shown on the product page and in the order summary. Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import charges, which you bear.
4. Payment
You can pay by PayPal (including credit card and direct debit via PayPal) or by bank transfer (prepayment). With PayPal the amount is charged immediately. For bank transfer you receive our bank details and a GiroCode (EPC QR code) by e-mail and on your order page; please transfer within 14 days.
5. Delivery and pre-orders
We ship the vinyl LP by post to the delivery address you provide. If the record is marked as a pre-order, we ship from the date stated on the product page (expected from 1 December 2026); otherwise within five working days of receipt of payment. Download codes are sent with the payment confirmation by e-mail and can be redeemed from the album’s release day.
6. Download
With the download you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the recordings for private purposes. Passing on, publishing or commercial use is not permitted. A download code can be redeemed up to five times.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, the exceptions (sealed sound recordings, downloads) and the model withdrawal form are in the withdrawal policy.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Please send complaints to info@rfs-music.de.
10. Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
11. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the state in which they habitually reside.
